 We offer quotes for short term and long term hires.

Special rates are available for standby and long term hires (>7 days).

Simply send a request via the blue chat button below or via the Contact page and we will return to you at the earliest availability and within 12 hours.  If the hire query is for same day, please phone 0428 038 880.

Alternatively, you can obtain a quote instantly online (excluding standby and long term hires).  Simply follow the below steps.

• Navigate to the Moranbah Trailer Hire Booking Page.
• Enter the rental duration, preferred dates and times (top left hand menu). The items will show as available, partially available (half day) or unavailable.
• Add the required items to cart.
• Select the cart icon (top right hand corner) to preview your quote instantly.
• You can adjust the dates and times for further availability using the filter toggles (next to the dates) in the cart preview.

Moranbah Trailer Hire was established to help service regional areas so we do not offer one-way trailer hire. We do offer unlimited kilometres so you can travel anywhere on sealed roadways within your hire period.  Simply return the trailer to the same location as pick up.

If you would like to travel a long distance, with a break in between the pick up and drop off dates, and will not otherwise be using the trailer for those dates, please contact us to obtain a quote for a standby rate. Please note that standby rates are subject to conditions and may incur additional fees if the hire terms are contravened.

• Enter the rental duration, preferred dates and times (top left hand menu). The items will show as available, partially available (half day) or unavailable.
• Add the required items to cart.
• Select the cart icon (top right hand corner) to preview your quote instantly.
• You can adjust the dates and times for further availability using the filter toggles (next to the dates) in the cart preview.

Full day hires are available from 0600 to 1830.

Half day hires are available from 0600 – 1230 or 1300 – 1830.

Minimum hire duration is a half day (6 hours).

There is no maximum hire duration.  For long term hires, please contact us for a quote and special rates.

All trailers are provided with a standard 7-pin flat plug at no charge.

If your vehicle has a 7-pin round plug, please add the 7-pin round plug to your order which will be provided as an additional accessory for a small fee at the time of hire.

If your vehicle has any other kind of plug, please bring your own adaptor to the hire.

If your vehicle does not have an electric braking system suitable for towing a trailer then please add the Elecbrakes Bluetooth Braking System to your order.

The Elecbrakes Bluetooth Braking System is simple to use, simply plug in and go.

The braking system comes with a remote that is plugged into your vehicle dashboard via USB. There are 5 settings on the remote to adjust the braking tolerance which can be done in vehicle. The Quick Reference Guide will be sent to your email following booking confirmation.

Straps can be hired for the car trailer and the tipper trailer.  Simply add the required accessory to your cart and checkout.  The straps will be provided in the locked toolbox with instructions sent via email at 5pm the day prior to hire, or immediately if it is a same day booking.

We’ve created a quick and easy hiring process so you can simply add to cart, checkout online and you’re good to go.

• Enter the rental duration, preferred dates and times (top left hand menu). The items will show as available, partially available (half day) or unavailable.
• Add the required items to cart.

• Select checkout.
• An option will be provided to create an account (not mandatory) or continue as guest.
• Enter in all required information and continue to payment.
• Finalise the booking using the secure payment system.
• A booking confirmation will be emailed to you immediately.
• Pick-up and return instructions will be sent to your email at 5pm the day prior to hire, or immediately if it is a same day booking.

Booking confirmations are emailed immediately.  Instruction for collection is emailed at 5pm the day prior to hire or immediately if it is a same day booking.

Please be sure to check your spam or junk mailbox. If the email hasn't been received per the above timelines please contact us. Text message reminders are also sent to your mobile.

Moranbah Trailer Hire offers click and collect and is structured for customer ease of check in and check out, so staff will not be available at the hire pick up or drop off unless pre-arranged.

We offer unlimited kilometres so you can travel anywhere on sealed roadways within your hire period with the trailer returned to the same location as pick up.
